Lustica Village House is a stone house that is over 100 years old. It is located on a plot of land of 800m2, at the very outskirts of the village Mrkovi. House it is ideal for families as well as for couples or friends traveling together. Within the building there are two bedrooms, a living room (which has two additional beds), a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room, allowing for accommodating up to 6 people. The first bedroom has a big queen bed, while the other has two separate twin beds. The house has 12 windows so it is bright throughout the day. Included in the house is an air conditioner, internet and TV.

In front of the house is the yard whose ideal for socializing. There is an old stone grill in the center, with shade created by old vines creating a relaxing ambient. It also has private parking as well as a small garden ideal for sunbathing.

The nearest beach is at Rose (a fishing village dating back to the 5th century), which is about 3km away. The other option is Žanjic beach, located 7km away (a local trail offers a shortcut down to 3km). Therefore it is recommended that the guests have a rental car.

Near the house there is a small farm where domestic donkeys are raised. In addition to that, a few minutes walking will lead you to the family-owned and operated estate “Moric”. There you can learn about the  organic production of olives through the tour of the property as well as try some of the local products they make. Finally, we offer various excursions to our guests to help make the most of your holiday.
